How Are Fees Deducted
1. Network Fees
Each time you deposit USDT, a one-time network fee will be deducted. This is to cover gas fees when transferring crypto. This fee is never charged when topping up your card.
2. Paid Plan Fees
Paid plan fees are billed monthly and deducted from your USDT balance. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
3. Card Creation Fees
Card creation fees are deducted from your USDT balance when you create a card in the My Cards section of your back office.
4. Card Topup & Other Fees
The Card top-up % fee will be deducted from your USDT balance following Card top-up requests. ATM, 3DS and small transaction fees are charged to your card balance.
